The rectangular design assures proper coverage of HD video. Multiple units may be attached together horizontally or vertically for added light. Included is a shoe mount with female 1/4-20 thread (for light stands or tripods) for standard accessory shoes found on most DSLR's and a Sony style shoe mount adapter. Here three LED lights are mounted using the Mini Ball Head. This allows them to be pointed in any direction while attached to the Accessory Wing on the top of the Scorpion EX camera handle. With the Cheese Plate pictured in this kit the entire rig could easily be attached to a Tripod.

The D-Flashner can be used with the Flashner Kits to attach all of the necessary accessories needed to shoot video with a DSLR Camera. Combine different size Flashner kits together to create endless configurations. In this configuration we have used (2) D-Flashners (1) 1/4-20 Flashner (1) 6" Flashtrak and (2) 4" Flashtrak Kits to mount: 2 LED Lights, a Field Recorder and an External Monitor.
